Survivin、MMP-2及MMP-9在甲状腺癌组织中表达及其意义

目的]探讨生存素(Survivin)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及MMP-9在甲状腺癌组织中的表达及其意义.方法]采用免疫组化法检测86例甲状腺癌组织,40例甲状腺良性组织及86例癌旁正常组织中Survivin、MMP-2及MMP-9的阳性表达,并分析三者与临床病理参数的关系.结果]癌旁正常组织、甲状腺良性组织及甲状腺癌组织中Survivin、MMP-2及MMP-9的阳性率逐渐升高,且甲状腺癌组织中的阳性率显著高于癌旁正常组织及甲状腺良性组织(P<0.001);甲状腺癌Ⅲ~Ⅳ期中Survivin、MMP-2及MMP-9阳性表达率明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期;有淋巴结转移的Survivin、MMP-2及MMP-9阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移(P<0.05),而甲状腺癌组织中Survivin、MMP-2及MMP-9阳性表达与年龄、性别及肿瘤直径无关.同时甲状腺癌组织中Survivin、MMP-2及MMP-9阳性表达两两正相关.结论]Survivin,MMP-2及MMP-9在甲状腺癌中的发生发展中起促进作用,三者联合检测可能成为甲状腺癌诊治的判断指标.

Significance of Survivin,MMP-2 and MMP-9 Expression in Thyroid Carcinoma

Objective]To investigate the expression of Survivin,matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and MMP-9 in thyroid carcinoma,and to explore its significance.Methods]The expression of Survivin,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in 86 cases of thyroid carcinoma,40 cases of benign thyroid tissue,and 86 cases of adjacent normal tissues were detected by the immunohistochemical method.The relationship between Survivin,MMP-2 and MMP-9 and clinical pathological parameters was analyzed.Results]The positive rate of Survivin,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in adjacent normal tissues,benign thyroid tissue and thyroid carcinoma increased in that order.The expression of Survivin,MMP-2,and MMP-9 in thyroid carcinoma was significantly higher than that in the benign thyroid tissues and adjacent normal tissues (P<0.001).The positive rate of Survivin,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in Ⅲ~Ⅳ stage was higher than that in theⅠ~Ⅱ stage (P<0.05).The positive rate of Survivin,MMP-2,and MMP-9 in lymph node metastasis cases was higher than that in in cases without lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).The positive rate of survivin,MMP-2,and MMP-9 in thyroid carcinoma wasn't related to age,gender and tumor diameter.The expression of Survivin,MMP-2,and MMP-9 in thyroid carcinoma was positively correlated with each other.Conclusion]Survivin,MMP-2 and MMP-9 genes play an important role in the occurrence and development of thyroid carcinoma.The combined detection of the three might be a diagnostic index for the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer.
