脉血康胶囊对亚急性期脑梗死患者生活质量的影响

目的]观察脉血康胶囊对亚急性期脑梗死患者生活质量的影响.方法]2015年1月至2016年1月本院收治的60例亚急性期脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例.对照组给予辛伐他汀、阿司匹林等常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用脉血康胶囊,两组均用药15d.采用Barthel指数(BI)和改良Rankin量表(mRS)评价两组患者治疗前后日常生活能力及预后功能残疾水平,采用脑卒中专门化生活质量量表(SS-QOL)及SF-36健康调查简表(SF-36)评价两组患者治疗前后生活质量.结果]治疗前,两组BI、mRS评分,SS-QOL量表及SF-36量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗15d后,两组BI、mRS评分,SS-QOL量表及SF-36量表评分均优于治疗前,观察组BI、mRS评分,SS-QOL量表中体能、语言、活动能力、自理、上肢功能和总分,SF-36量表中生理功能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力的评分改善更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论]脉血康胶囊可明显提高亚急性期脑梗死患者生活质量,值得在临床推广应用.

Effect of Maixuekang Capsules on Quality of Life in Patients with Subacute Cerebral Infarction

Objective]T o observe the effect of Maixuekang capsules on quality of life of patients with subacute cerebral infarction.Methods] Sixty patients with subacute cerebral infarction from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment such as simvastatin and aspirin,the treat-ment group received Maixuekang capsule additionally.All were treated for 15 days.The Barthel index(BI)and the modified Rankin scale(mRS)were used to evaluate the daily living ability,prognosis and functional disa-bility of the two groups before and after treatment.The life quality of two groups before and after treatment was evaluated by SS-QOL and SF-36 Health Survey(SF-36).Results]Before treatment,there was no signifi-cant difference between the two groups in BI,mRS score,SS-QOL scale and SF-36 scale score(P>0.05). After 15d treatment,BI,mRS score,SS-QOL scale and SF-36 scale score of the two groups were better than those before treatment.In the observation group,the BI,mRS score,the SS-QOL scale items like physical ac-tivities,language ability,self-care,upper limb function and the SF-36 scores like physiological function,body pain,general health,vitality were improved significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion] Maixuekang capsule can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with subacute cerebral infarction,and is worthy of clinical application.
