| 摘 要： | 目的]评价住院对患者睡眠质量的影响.方法]检索中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、读秀学术资源数据库,收集住院患者睡眠质量的相关文献,检索时间范围为1990～2016.采用RevMan 5.3软件进行统计处理.结果]共纳入5篇文献.Meta分析显示实验组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)总分高于对照组随机效应模型WMD=3.2,95％CI(2.21,4.18),P＜0.001],且在PSQI的七个维度得分也均高于对照组.结论]住院患者的睡眠质量比非住院的同期健康体检者差.

| Abstract: | Objective]To evaluate the effect on the quality of sleep in hospitalized patients.Methods]Data related to sleep quality of hospitalized patients were retrieved from different resources (CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and Duxiu) and collected from 1990 to 2016.RevMan5.3 software was used for statistical processing.Results]A total of 5 articles were included in the meta-analysis.The results showed that Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale (PSQI) scores in the experimental group was higher than those in the control group random effects model,WMD=3.2,95％CI (2.21,4.18),P ＜0.001].Scores of seven dimensions in PSQI of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion]The sleep quality of hospitalized patients was worse than that of non-hospitalized healthy examinees. |
