军队老年人群糖尿病合并高血压患病率调查分析

目的 了解驻杭州地区军队老年人群中2型糖尿病合并高血压的患病率状况,分析与心脑血管事件发生的关系,提出应对措施。方法 1287例老年人按疾病分为糖尿病组、高血压组、糖尿病合并高血压组、无糖尿病无高血压组,采用病史回顾与体格检查相结合的方法获得数据,分析心脑血管事件发生状况,应用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果 糖尿病患者中高血压患病率为38.66％;糖尿病合并高血压组心脑血管事件发生率32.23％,显著高于单纯高血压病组的11.71％及单纯糖尿病组的15.63％(P<0.01)。结论 2型糖尿病合并高血压是老年人群不良心脑血管事件发生的极其重要的危险因素,控制血糖及血压,严格达到靶水平,对于减少心脑血管事件及死亡是关键。

Epidemiological Study in Diabetes with Hypertension on the Prevalence of Veterans

Objective To investigate the prevalence of type 2 diabetes with hypertension in the veterans, the association of diabetes with hypertension and cardio-cerebrovascuiar endpolnt events. Methods 1 287 cases totally are divided into four groups: diabetes group,hypertension group,diabetes with hypertension group, non-diabetes or non-hypertension group. The data were gained by the way of history retrospection and physical examination. We study the prevalence of cardiocerebrovascular cases, analysis statistically the datum by SPSS software. Results The prevalence of diabetes patients with hypertension was 38.66%. The number of cardiocerebrovascular events happen in the type 2 diabetes with hypertension (11.71%) was significantly higher than that in the simple hypertension group(15. 63% ) or the simple diabetes group (32. 23% ). Conclusion The type 2 diabetes with hypertension is the most risk factor of cardio-cerebrovascular endpoint events in the veterans. Controlling strictly blood sugar and blood pressure to an i-deal level might considerately decrease the morbidity and mortality rate of old persons with cardio - cerebrovascular diseases.
