| 摘 要： | 目的:观察痰热清注射液治疗急性支气管肺炎临床疗效。方法:169例急性支气管肺炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组83例应用痰热清注射液治疗,对照组86例应用新鱼腥草素钠注射液治疗。观察两组临床症状改善情况和疗效。结果:治疗组患者体温下降,咳嗽减轻,痰量减少,咳嗽困难程度减轻,舌红苔黄明显改善,有效率94.0%,较对照组(有效率80.2%)差异有显著性(P(0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液毒副作用小,有较强的退热、镇咳、化痰等作用,是治疗急性支气管肺炎的理想用药选择。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of injection for clearing phlegm and fever to treat acute bronchial pneumonia.
