综述甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片（可多华）在治疗高血压和良性前列腺增生（BHP）两个方面的最新临床研究进展.在治疗高血压方面,可多华可引起动脉血管弹性的增加,减少高血压患者血小板的激活;可降低高胆固醇仓鼠血浆中的TC,LDL-C和TG,并可改善对胰岛素的抵抗.在治疗良性前列腺增生方面,通过一种未知的机制抑制ATP的释放,增加膀胱的血流量,并可以改善BPH患者的性功能.

Development on clinical research of cardura

Cardura ( doxazosin mesylate) is used to treat both benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and high blood pressure (hypertension). It relieves the symptoms of BPH by relaxing the muscles of the bladder and prostate. It also inhibits ATP release by an unknown mechanism, increases blood flow to the bladder and improves sexual function in patients with BPH. The mechanism of action of blood pressure is by relaxing the blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily through the body. In addtion, it increases arterial elasticity, has a positive effect on platelet activation, decreases the TC, LDL-C, TG and hypercholesterolemic hamsters and improves the insulin resistance in adults with hypertension. This paper summarizes the latest clinical applications of cardura.
