临床标本酵母样真菌的检出分析

目的 探讨临床标本酵母样真菌的检出。方法 统计分析了两年来临床各类标本所检出的酵母样真菌分离株，结果 各类标本检出的酵母样真菌达２６种，其中来自呼吸道标本的酵母样真菌种类最多。念珠菌属仍处于地优势地位，占９５．７％，检出最多的是白色念珠菌（６２．３％）其次为热带念珠菌（１１．１％）。结论不同年龄组的统计的结果表明，酵母样真菌的检出率年龄的上升而增高，以老年人的检出率最高。

Methds The yeast - like fungus strains isolated from variotis clinical samples in the latest two years were analyzed. Results The results showed that 26 species of the yeast - like fungi were dctected, Tnort of which were isolated from respiratory tract. Candida still atalutely predominate among thase strains, accounting for 95. 7 %. The most dctected strains of yeast - like fungi was Candida albicans(62. 3 % ) and the second was Candida tropicalis(11.1% ). Conclu-sions Statistical results from different aged groups indicated that the detectable rate of yeast - like fungi rose up with the increasement of age and the highest belonged to the aged.
