肠球菌的体外耐药监测

摘    要:目的了解肠球菌属耐药状况,指导临床合理用药.方法对临床标本中分离出的148株肠球菌属用K-B法进行药敏试验,并将结果进行统计分析. 结果 148株中粪肠球菌占81.8%,屎肠球菌占9.5%,耐久肠球菌占8.8%;耐药结果显示:除四环素和万古霉素外,屎肠球菌对其他8种抗菌药物的耐药率明显高于粪肠球菌;氨基糖苷类高耐株的耐药率明显高于非高耐株. 结论为合理使用抗菌药物,预防耐万古霉素肠球菌的产生与流行,应注重对肠球菌属进行标准化检测.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the drug resistance of Enterococcus in order to provide guideline of suitable antibiotics for clinical infection disease. METHODS The drug susceptivity test of 148 Enterococcus clinical isolates were done by means of K-B method. RESULTS Among the 148 strains, there were 121 E. faecalis strains (81.8%); 14 E. faecium strains (9.5%); and 13 E. durans strains (8.8%). According to the result of drug susceptivity test, the resistant rate of E. faecium to the other 8 kinds of antibiotics was higher than that of E. faecalis except for tetracycline and vancomycin, and the drug resistant rate of aminoglycoside high resistant strains to other antibiotics was higher than that of other aminoglycoside resistant strains. CONCLUSIONS To provide guideline of suitable antibiotics and to prevent the production and prevalence of vancomycin resistant Enterococcus, we should pay more attention to detect Enterococcus according the standardization.
