急性胰腺炎Balthazar CT分级与生化指标的相关性分析

目的探讨急性胰腺炎的X线计算机体层摄影（CT）征象与生化指标变化的相关性，为临床诊断和治疗提供帮助。方法选取急性胰腺炎病例110例，将其CT表现分为5级，各级分别与其相应的生化指标数值进行比较与分析。结果急性胰腺炎CT扫描表现与生化指标对比显示如下：A级时，生化指标数值多轻度升高，B级中度升高，C级显著升高，D级趋于下降，E级显著下降。结论CT扫描检查可以准确及时地反映B、C、D、E级的病理变化，明显优于血尿淀粉酶及C反应蛋白数值的改变，而对早期（A级）仅限于间质水肿的炎性反应，CT诊断困难，此时应根据病史、临床症状及体征，并结合血、尿淀粉酶及C反应蛋白的变化作出诊断。

Correlation between Balthazar CT gradings and brochemistry index in patients with acute pancreatitis

Objective To discuss the relevence between CT imaging manifestations and changes of brochemistry index in patients with acute pancreatitis, it is helpful to clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods According to Bahhazar CT imaging manifestations, 110 cases with acute pancreatitis were chosen and classified into five grades, then compared with corresponding serum, urine amylase and C-reaction protein. Results serum, urine amylase and C-reaction protein increased slightly in Grade A, moderately in Grade B, significantly in Grade C, however intended to decrease in Grade D and decreased dramatically in Grade E. Conclusion CT examinnation is superior to serum, urine amylase and C-reaction protein in evaluation of acutepancreatitis with B, C, D and E, however it is difficult for CT imaging in Grade A. The accurate diagnosis should bebased on changes of the serum, urine amylase, C-reaction protein combined with medical history, clinical symptoms, Signs.
