| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胶质瘤侵袭性生长Tenascin的表达,评估Tenascin及微血管形成密度(microvesseldensity)MVD与胶质瘤预后的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学方法对35例不同病理级别人脑胶质瘤组织中tenascin及CD34表达进行观察,并对患者进行术后随访观察。结果不同病理级别的胶质瘤胞浆内Tenascin表达程度和MVD差异明显,Tenascin表达和MVD有相关性(P<0.01)。Kaplan-Meier生存曲线表明,Tenascin表达及MVD与胶质瘤的预后有关。结论Tenascin在胶质瘤侵袭性生长、转移等方面是至关重要的,Tenascin和MVD促进胶质瘤侵袭性生长并对判断患者预后有重要参考价值。

Expression of tenascin in gliomas invasion and its relation to recurrence and prognosis |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression of tenascin in human gliomas invasion,and to evaluate the relation of tenascin and MVD(microvessel density)in glioma s with prognosis.Methods The expression of tenascin and CD34in35patients in different stage was determined by immunohistochemistry,and the patients were followed up after operation.Results The expression of tenascin and MVD varied with tumor cell differentiation and tumor stage,the differences were significant.The expression of tenascin is closely associated with angiogenesis (P<0.01).Kaplan-Meier survival curve showed that both MVD and tenascin expression were associated with prognosis.Conclusion Tenascin is very important in gliomas invasion and metastasis.Tenascin and MVD can promote gliomas invasion,and they should be used to determine the patients' prognosis |
