| 摘 要： | 目的调查哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者使用吸入性药物依从性情况及影响因素。方法采用访谈法和问卷调查法对腾冲县人民医院2009年12月～2010年4月收治的50例使用吸入性药物者依从性情况进行调查。结果服药依从性从高分到低分依次为:按处方药量服药、因病情加重而增加服药量、疾病的严重性、疾病需要长期服药、按服用方法要求服药、服药时间间隔服药、常记住服药这件事、按要求服药能改善病情、因病情减轻而停止服药、休息日忘记服药。影响患者使用吸入性药物依从性的原因为:按要求服药有困难、担心服药会有不良反应、因任何原因改变服药剂量、对治疗效果满意、方便地获得治疗药物、病情加重时停止服药。结论临床医生应准确把握吸入性药物的适应证,加强医护和患者间的沟通,认识健康教育的重要性,耐心指导患者正确使用药物,有效提高患者治疗的依从性。
