乳腺癌术后放疗序贯或同步内分泌治疗的结果分析

目的：研究乳腺癌术后放疗序贯或同步内分泌治疗对预后的影响。方法：回顾分析2003年8月—2010年10月于复旦大学附属中山医院行乳腺癌手术治疗,且经病理证实为乳腺癌并雌激素受体和（或）孕激素受体阳性的女性患者共193例。根据放疗及术后内分泌治疗的顺序分为序贯组（n=69）和同步组（n=124）,讨论2种辅助治疗的顺序对预后及不良反应的影响。结果：序贯组及同步组在放疗所致的肺纤维化及皮肤纤维化等不良反应方面无显著差异（P=0.67）,2组的无进展生存率（P=0.603）及总生存率（P=0.163）无显著差异。结论：由于2种辅助治疗序贯或同步的疗效及副反应相同,提倡局部治疗的同时不应放弃全身治疗,建议放疗同步内分泌治疗。
