| 摘 要： | 目的总结导航辅助鼻内镜下鼻部手术的观察与护理要点。方法回顾性分析我院2005年10月～2009年4月在导航辅助鼻内镜下行手术治疗216例鼻部病变的临床资料。结果本组术前均对患者进行心理护理,介绍导航知识及手术的优越性,以获取对导航辅助鼻内镜手术的充分信任,解除顾虑。216例均成功接受并配合导航手术。术后监测生命体征,严密观察手术部位渗血情况,做好饮食护理,预防并发症的发生,患者恢复良好,取得满意疗效。结论导航辅助鼻内镜下鼻部手术,具有定位准确、病变清理彻底、手术并发症少等优点,认真做好围术期护理是提高手术成功率的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the preoperative nursing in computer-assisted nasal endoscopic surgery. Methods The clinical data of 216 patients undergoing navigation assisted endoscopic surgery during October 2005 and April 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.
