| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨外侧锁定板结合内侧支持接骨板治疗股骨髁间C2及C3型骨折的可行性。方法：采用外侧锁定板结合内侧支持接骨板治疗股骨髁间骨折患者18例。按AO分型：C2型12例,C3型6例,手术均采用内、外侧联合入路,骨折解剖复位后分别在外侧放置髁支持钢板,内侧放置普通钢板固定,术后不予外固定。结果：所有患者获得随访,平均随访时间为8.3个月,骨折均愈合,愈合时间12~22周。膝关节功能Lysholm评分：优8例,良8例,可2例,优良率为89%。结论：切开复位外侧锁定板结合内侧支持接骨板内固定治疗C2及C3股骨髁间型骨折并发症少、固定牢固、骨折愈合快,能获得良好的临床效果。
