| 摘 要： | 目的：观察刺五加注射液联合前列地尔治疗4期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法：对70例4期糖尿病肾病病例分为研究组（35例）与对照组（35例）。对照组给予常规疗法控制血糖、血压,同时采用前列地尔静脉滴注。研究组在对照组用药基础上加用刺五加注射液静脉滴注,2周后观察2组临床疗效、24h尿蛋白定量、血清肌酐、血液流变学等指标的变化情况。结果：治疗后研究组与对照组中医症候疗效分别为82.86%和48.57%（P〈0.05）,西医临床疗效分别为57.14%和29.63%（P〈0.05）。研究组治疗后24h尿蛋白量、血肌酐明显降低（P〈0.05）。2组治疗前患者血液流变学无显著差异;治疗后研究组指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：刺五加注射液联合前列地尔结合西医常规疗法能够减少糖尿病肾病患者的尿蛋白排泄、改善肾功能,有望延缓4期糖尿病肾病进入终末期肾病的进程。
