| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨烧伤残余创面的治疗方法。方法：对58例烧伤残余创面采取全身营养支持、浸浴、根据细菌培养药敏结果局部或全身应用抗生素、外用表皮生长因子及手术植皮等综合治疗。结果：所有患者的烧伤残余创面均愈合,治疗效果满意。结论：在浸浴疗法基础上的综合治疗是治疗烧伤残余创面的最有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To Investigate the treatment of residual burn wounds.Methods: A total of 58 cases with residual burn wounds have been treated by comprehensive therapy including general nutritional support,immersion bath,local or systematic administration of antibiotics based on the drug susceptibility testing,local application of epidermal growth factors,and skin grafting.Results: All wounds healed satisfactorily.Conclusions: Comprehensive therapy including immersion bath is the most effective method for residua... |
