| 摘 要： | 目的：评价在胃镜引导下置入经鼻肠梗阻导管治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻的临床价值。方法：回顾分析252例接受胃镜引导下置入经鼻肠梗阻导管治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻患者的临床资料。结果：用肠梗阻导管在小肠内边深进边吸引疗法解除了252例患者的粘连性肠梗阻。结论：（1）在胃镜引导下置入经鼻肠梗阻导管治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻能够有效缓解患者的肠梗阻症状避免再次手术，显著减轻患者的创伤和痛苦。（2）在胃镜引导下放置经鼻肠梗阻导管进行吸引减压较既往采用在X线检查机下放置该种导管省时、省力，导管插入深且可边操作边吸引胃肠液，从而避免误吸，避免医患受X线照射。（3）放置肠梗阻导管2～3d后可安全进行结肠镜检查。
