| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨以股外侧皮神经病为首发表现的2型糖尿病患者的临床特点.方法 回顾性分析21例以股外侧皮神经病为首发表现的糖尿病患者的临床资料.结果 21例患者首发临床表现为股前外侧皮肤麻木和(或)刺痛,其中16例为单侧,5例为双侧；经葡萄糖耐量试验确诊为糖尿病.股前外侧皮肤不同程度痛温觉减退；电生理检查显示股外侧皮神经感觉...

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical featuers of type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM) combined with lateral femoral cutaneous neuropathy as the first appearance.
