| 摘 要： | 目的探讨股骨头骨折的有效治疗方法。方法将62患者随机分成A、B两组,A组30例采用骨折复位,可吸收螺钉固定及微骨折技术,骨块、股骨头断面钻孔,造成微骨折,骨块复位可吸收螺钉固定;B组32例单纯骨折复位,可吸收螺钉固定。两组康复方法相同。结果 A组：优12例,良10例,可5例,差3例,优良率为73.33%;B组：优8例,良10例,可8例,差6例,优良率为56.25%。两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论微骨折技术是治疗股骨头骨折的有效方法。
