| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经鼻肠梗阻导管治疗小肠梗阻的临床应用效果及价值。方法选择我院2009年3月～2010年11月收治的粘连性小肠梗阻27例(治疗组),行经鼻肠梗阻导管置入治疗;选择粘连性小肠梗阻23例作对照(对照组),应用传统方法进行治疗。对两组治疗效果引流、症状缓解及并发症发生情况进行比较。结果治疗组保守治疗痊愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组第1天引流量、置管时间、腹胀、腹痛减轻时间,排气、排便时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。拔管时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经鼻肠梗阻导管治疗小肠梗阻操作简单,效果显著,为临床治疗该病提供了新的途径。
