活血健骨汤治疗股骨头缺血性坏死疗效观察及其对血脂、血液粘度的影响

摘    要:为了解活血健骨汤治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效及其对股骨头缺血性坏死患者的血脂、血液粘度的影响。以活血健骨汤为主治疗非创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死 5 8例 ,3个月为 1疗程 ,观察了治疗后症状、功能、X线表现及血脂、血液粘度的改善情况。结果显示 ,治疗后总有效率为 86 .2 % ,血脂和血液粘度明显改善。说明活血健骨汤能够改善股骨头缺血性坏死患者的血液流变性 ,从而改善股骨头的血液循环 ,促进股骨头坏死的修复和髋关节功能的恢复。

Abstract:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of "Huoxue Jiangu Tang" on nontraumatic ischemic necrosis of the femoral head and its influence on blood lipid and blood viscosity. Fifty eight cases were treated mainly with "Huoxue Jiangu Tang".After 3 months the post treatment symptoms, function, radiological findings and the improvement of the blood lipid and blood viscosity were observed. The results showed that the total effective rate were 86.2% and both blood lipid and blood viscosity were obviously improved and that "Huoxue Jiangu Tang" can improve blood viscosity and promote repairing of necrotic femoral head and recovery of the function of the hip.
