| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高尿酸血症与冠心病的关系。方法 同时测定 80例冠心病患者和 80例正常人的血尿酸浓度。结果 与正常人相比 ,冠心病患者的血尿酸浓度明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ;冠心病患者中高尿酸血症所占的比例也明显升高 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 高尿酸血症与冠心病之间存在着一定关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between hyperuricemia and coronary heart disease.Methods Serum uric acid concentrations in 80 patients with coronary heart disease and 80 control subjects were measured.Results As compared with control subjects,serum uric acid concentrations increased markedly in coronary heart disease(P<0.01);The percent of hyperuricemia in patients with coronary heart disease increases significantly(P<0.001).Conclusion There is a significantly positive association between hyperuricemia and coronary heart disease. |
