| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结直肠癌伴肝转移患者原发灶胸腺嘧啶磷酸化酶（TP）、二氢吡啶脱氢酶（DPD）表达与XELOX（希罗达＋奥沙利铂）化疗方案疗效和毒副作用的关系。方法结直肠癌伴肝转移患者行姑息性手术42例,采用EL ISA方法检测原发灶TP、DPD的表达水平,分析其与XELOX化疗的客观有效率、总生存状况和毒副作用的关系。结果TP/DPD高比值患者的化疗客观反应率高,总生存期延长,而毒副作用无明显增加。结论对结直肠癌伴肝转移患者,通过检测原发肿瘤的TP/DPD表达,将有助于术后化疗方案的选择。TP/DPD高比值患者行XELOX方案化疗可取得较好的疗效。
