| 摘 要： | 本文报告154例慢性肺心病继发高粘血症57例(37.1％)。57例中死亡8例(14.1％),其死因中均有两种以上并发症。故对高粘血症的预防和治疗,对肺心病的预后至关重要。

| Abstract: | This paper reports 57 cases(37. 1%)of secondary hyperviscosity syndrome in 154 cases of ch.ronic pulmonary heart disease. Of them,eight cases died(14.1%).The causes of every dead cases were more than two complications. Prevention and treatment of hyperviscosity syndrome is very important in the prognosis of pulmonary heart disease. |
