驼背患者食管贲门癌的手术治疗

目的:为了探索驼背患者食管贲门癌的特点.方法:我们回顾分析了从1990年至2006年1627例食管贲门癌的手术资料,9例为驼背并发食管贲门癌.结果:脊柱后凸8例用cobb法测量其角度为40～60度,6例为圆弧性后凸,2例为轻度成角性后凸.其中9例(食管癌5例,贲门癌4例)剖左胸探查,手术切除7例,术后三月发生膈疝1例.结论:驼背食管贲门癌多属晚期,但由于脊柱后凸,切除率可提高,应当防范膈疝等并发症.

Thoracic Surgery in Kyphosis Patients with Esophageal and Gastric Cardiac Cancer

Objective: In order to explore the characteristics of kyphosis patients with esophageal and gastric cardiac cancer.Methods:Among the 1627 patients of esophageal and gastric cardiac cancer reviewed between 1990 and 2006.There were 9 patients of kyphosis.Results:Of these,the angle of kyphosis measured with cobb was 40 to 60.Cambered kyphosis was 6 and a light angled kyphosis was 2.Conventional thoracotomy was used in 5 patients of esophageal cancer and in 4 gastric cardiac cancer.There were 7 patients resected by operation.One complicated diaphragm hernia after operation 3 months.Conclusion:The stage of kyphosis patients with esophageal and gastric cardiac cancer belongs to afternoon.The rate of resection increased since kyphosis.Diaphragm hernia should be keep away.
