慢性疾病住院患儿气质与父母素质的关系及其干预措施

目的：分析慢性疾病住院患儿不同气质特征及其父母素质施予的影响并试行相应护理。方法：采用儿童气质量表问卷法对237名3－7岁慢性肾脏疾病、慢性胃炎的住院患儿进行气质调查,同时对他们的父母进行素质因素的调查。结果：父母为B型性格和（或）父母教育方式持“关心理解”子女E型气质明显多于其他,但父母化程度与子女气质形成关系不明显。结论：父母性格、教育子女方式对子女气质形成有显影响。利用住院期间护患关系密切、便于观察、干预的有利条件,实施心理－行为干预为主的综合护理,有利于促进患儿气质的良性转化和疾病的早日康复。

Temperament of Hospitalized Children with Chronic Diseases and Its Relation to Their Parents' Predisposition : Intervention during Hospitalization

Objective The aim of the present work is to analyze different characteristics of temperament of children and their relation to predisposition of their parents so as to propose appropriate nursing management.Methods:Temperament of 237 hospitalized children with chronic kidney diseases or chronic gastritis was investigated by Parent Temperament Questionnaire (PTQ);meanwhile predisposition factors of their parents were also observed.Results Numbers of easy temperament (E type) were significantly greater in children whose parents exhibited B type character and carried out the education mode of"care and understanding"than in those whose parents with other characters and education methods.Conclusion There is a close relationship between the formation of children's temperament and the character of their parents and the way of education. A universal nursing management mainly consisting of psychiatric manner interruption which provides much benefits to the improvement of the ill temperament and the recovery of diseases was adopted by taking the advantage of convenience of observation and close relationship between nurses and their patients during hospitalization.
