摘    要:目的探讨新生儿神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和血清钙离子(Ca^2+)动态变化对早期评估中、重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)预后的价值。方法对轻、中、重度HIE患儿入院后、生后1d、3d、7d血清NSE和Ca^2+进行检测,并与非HIE新生儿对照组进行比较,分析NSE和Ca^2+的变化和意义。结果轻度HIE组与时照组比较无明显差异(P〈0.05);中度组和重度组分别与对照组有显著差异(P〈0.01)。轻、中、重度HIE组之间1天内血清NSE和Ca^2+比较,有显著差别(P〈0.05);中度组和量度组血清NSE,Ca^2+入院时、1d、3d、7d比较有显著差异(P〈0.01)。结论血清NSE和Ca^2+水平呈负相关,其相关程度与HIE的病情严重程度呈正相关,可作为早期评估中、重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)预后的客观指标。

The value of serum level changes of NSE and Ca2+ in early prognostic evaluation of moderate and severe HIE

Abstract:Objective To investigate the dynamic levels changes of serum neuron- specific enolase (NSE) and calcium (Ca^2+ ) in early prognostic evaluation of moderate and severe neonatal hypoxic- ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods The levels of serum NSE and calcium Ca^2+ were detected in mild, moderate and severe HIE in 1st day,3rd day and 7th day after birth,and compared with non-HIE group. The changes and significances of NSE and Ca^2+ were analyzed. Results No significant difference was found between mild HIE group and the control group (0.25〈 P 〈 0. 5), Compared the moderate group and severe group with the control group, there was a significantly difference (P 〈 0.01). In the first day after birth,compared with the level of serum NSE and Ca^2+ in mild, moderate and severe HIE group, there was a significant differences (P〈 0.05), the level of serum NSE and Ca^2+ in moderate group compare with severe group of in 1st day, 3rd day and 7th day after birth, significant differences were found (P 〈 0.01). Conclusions Serum levels of Ca^2+ and NSE are negatively correlated, there was a positive correlation with the severity of HIE, and it can be used as the early objective indicators of diagnosis of moderate and severe HIE.
