巩膜缝线固定后房型人工晶体16例报告

本文报告对无法按常规Ⅰ期植入后房型人工晶体的无晶休眠、采用经睫状沟巩膜缝线固定后房型人工晶体16例,术后2周左右的视力为0.8～1.2的5眼(29.41％)。0.3～0.6的9眼(52.94％),0.1～0.2的3眼(17.05％)。术后主要并发症为炎性反应,用激素治愈,无感染。该法是一种十分有效的增视方法,在后房内稳定性和不发生后发障两方面优于Ⅰ期植入,固定缝(?)的针线由眼内向巩膜外穿出可避免玻璃体视区积血、处理好瞳孔附近的成形玻璃体或机化组织,两端(?)上固定位置对称可防止晶体光学部的倾斜,巩膜上穿刺点准确对称、两端固定线结扎松紧一致,无虹蟆后粘连等是保持晶体位置不偏移的条件,外伤性脱位晶体取出后,让玻璃体相对稳定后再Ⅱ期植入,缝(?)固定可避免玻璃体存积附着在人工晶体的前表面,使视力免受其影响。

Report of 16 Cases in Sclcral Smtmre Fixation of Posterior Chamber Artificial Lens

16 cases of scleral suture fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens treated by aphakia were reported. The postoperative 2 weeks visual acuity was 0.8-1.2 in 5 eyes (29.41%), 0.3-0.6 in 9 eyes (52.94%) and 0.1-0.2 in 3 eyes (17.05%). The postoperative major complication was inflammatory reaction with hormone treatment The results snowed that it was very effective. Both stability of posterior chamber and no after-cataract was better man it had begun first artificial lens implantation. From intraocular part to ectraocular part the suture needles of fixation artificrial lens threaded that it avoided vitreous hemorrhage of visual zone. Cutting virteous body or fibrous tissue of pulil zone, suture symmetry of fixation artificial lens can avoid lens optical part tilt The accuracy symmetry of sclera puncture point, two fixation suture identity degree of tightness ,no posterior synechia etc will keep lens no tilt. The traumatic dislocation of lens was extracted which vitreous body had stability that was operated once again secondary intraocular lens implantation. That will aviod vitreous body coherence in front of artificial lens, keeping visual acuity no was affected.
