洗肠散用于妇科手术前肠道准备清洁的疗效观察

目的观察洗肠散用于妇科手术前肠道准备清洁的效果。方法将98例需肠道准备清洁的妇科手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组两组。观察组术前口服洗肠散，对照组口服20％甘露醇注射液。观察并比较两组患者的肠道清洁度和排便次数、术后排气时间等情况。结果观察组肠道清洁度总有效率与对照组总有效率比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05），但观察组的清洁度为优者占81．6％明显高于对照组的73．4％。观察组与对照组排便次数和术后排气时间比较均具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论洗肠散用于妇科手术前肠道准备，能提高肠道清洁度，改善护理服务质量，是临床工作中值得推广的有效方法之一。

Clinical observation on colon hydrotherapy powder (Xichangsan) in preparation of intestinal cleaning before gynecologic surgery

Objective To observe the efficacy of colon hydrotherapy powder （Xichangsan） on preparation of intestinal cleaning before gynecologic surgery. Methods Ninety eight cases needing preparation of intestinal cleaning before gynecologic surgery were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in observation group were orally administrated with colon hydrotherapy powder （Xichangsan）, while patients in control group were orally administrated with 20% Mannitol solution. Defecation frequency, exhaust time after surgery and intestinal cleanliness were observed and compared between these two groups. Results There is no significant difference in total efficiency between observation group and control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but the excellence rate in observation group（ 81.6% ） was significantly higher than that of control group（73.4% ）. The defecation frequency and exhaust time after surgery are significantly different between observation group and control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of colon hydrotherapy powder （ Xichangsan ） in preparation of intestinal cleaning before gynecologic surgery can improve the intestinal cleanliness and care efficiency.
