| 摘 要： | 目的:介绍针药结合治疗原发性痛经的方法;方法:运用针药结合的方法治疗原发性痛经50例,观察治疗3个月的疗效,治疗3个月疼痛积分情况及治疗过程中止痛起效时间.结果:治愈率40.0%(20人),显效率36.0%(18人),有效率20.0%(10人),无效率为4.0%(2人);说明针药结合治疗原发性痛经的有效方法.
