凋亡抑制蛋白Livin在口腔鳞癌中的表达及临床意义

目的：检测凋亡抑制蛋白Livin在口腔鳞癌中的表达,探讨其在口腔鳞癌发生发展过程中可能的意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学Max-VisionTM法检测48例口腔鳞癌中Livin的表达情况,并进行统计学分析。结果：48例口腔鳞癌中Livin阳性表达的为36例,作为对照的正常口腔黏膜中Livin均为阴性表达,Livin在口腔鳞癌及正常黏膜组织中的表达差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）。Livin的表达情况与口腔鳞癌的病理分级呈正相关（rs=0.329,P=0.022）,与临床分期及有无淋巴结转移无相关性。结论：Livin在口腔鳞癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,可能成为口腔鳞癌的重要诊断指标和治疗靶点。

Expression and Clinical Significance of Livin in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Objective：To study the expression and clinical significance of Livin in oral squamous cell carcinoma.Methods：The expression of Livin in 48 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma were evaluated by the immunohistochemical technique（Max-VisionTM method）.Results：Immunohistochemical analysis revealed that Livin was expressed in 36of 48cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma,and was absent in all cases of normal oral mucosa.There was significant difference in oral squamous cell carcinoma and normal oral mucosa about the expression of Livin（P 0.001）.There was positive significant correlation between the expression of Livin and tumor grade of differentiation（rs=0.329,P=0.022）.There was no relationship between the expression of Livin and clinical stage.Conclusion：The higher expression of Livin in oral squamous cell carcinoma may indicate that Livin play importmant roles in occurrence and progression of oral squamous cell carcinoma.Livin can be important diagnostic and therapeutic targets in oral squamous cell carcinoma.
