| 摘 要： | 本文通过病例-对照调查、单因素分析和双重筛选逐步回归法进行资料处理,探讨了先心病致病危险因素。结果表明,先心病致病的主要危险因素是先心病家族史(相对危险度为11.0),孕期毒物接触(3.63)、孕期精神刺激(5.09)、孕早期感冒(4.13)。其中,室间隔缺损和房间隔缺损主要与前3者有关,法洛四联症主要与孕早期感冒有关。

| Abstract: | A case-control study was made among 153 cases of congenital heart diseases (CHD) and 153 matched controls to investigate the risk factors for CHD in four districts of Jinan (Shandong, China), with single factor analysis and double-screening stepwise regression analysis, four variables were identified as pathogenic risk factors of CHD, including CHD familial history (OR 11.00), toxic chemical exposure during gestation (3.63), mental stress during gestation (5.09) and virus infection (influenza etc.) during early stage of gestation (4.13). |
