生津颗粒治疗原发性干燥综合征40例疗效观察

目的:观察生津颗粒治疗原发性干燥综合征的临床疗效。方法:40例原发性干燥综合征患者口服生津颗粒3个月为1疗程。根据滤纸的润湿长度(mm)来对眼干程度计分,根据糖块含化时间(分钟)对口干症状计分。根据治疗前后计分的总和,改善的百分率评定SS的疗效结果,并比较治疗前后生津颗粒对滤纸的润湿长度、糖块含化时间的影响。结果:40例中,显效12例,有效25例,无效3例,总有效率为92.5%。糖块含化时间与治疗前比较明显缩短(P<0.01),滤纸的润湿长度明显增加(P<0.01),泪流量明显增加。结论:生津颗粒能明显改善干燥综合征口干、眼干症状,并能明显增加滤纸的润湿长度、明显缩短糖块含化时间,疗效确切。

Curative Effect Observation of Granule of Shengjin (生津颗粒) on Primary Sjogren''''s Syndrome, A Report of 40 Cases

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Granule of Shengjin on primary Sjogren's syndrome.Method:40 cases suffering from primary Sjogren's syndrome took Granule of Shengjin for 3 months as 1 course of treatment.According to the moistening length of filter paper(mm) the degree of dryness of eye was counted scores.According to the time of candy piece dissolving in mouth the degree of xerostomia was evaluated.And according to the scores summation before and after treating and improved percentage the therapeutic result had been evaluated.Among the 40 cases 12 cases were excellent,25 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 92.5%.The time of candy piece dissolving in mouth after treating was decurtated obviously comparing with that before treating(P<0.01).The moistening length of filter paper was raised obviously(P<0.01).And tear fluid increased obviously.Result:Granule of Shengjin can improve significantly the symptoms of dry mouth and dry eyes of cases suffering from primary Sjogren's syndrome.It can increase the moistening length of filter paper and decrease the time of candy piece dissolving in mouth significantly.The curative effect is reliable.
