面向卫生市场需求 构建地方中医药院校人才培养模式的探讨

随着经济社会的发展和医疗体制的改革,对医学教育不断提出新的要求。地方高等中医药院校应立足地方,依托地方,结合所处地域经济社会发展的要求和优势,合理定位,充分发挥地方资源优势,紧紧围绕医学模式的转变和卫生市场需求的变化,以培养社会真正需要的人才为出发点,通过分析医疗卫生市场需求的特点,提出地方中医药院校应构建人才培养新模式,即:以"精英化教育"模式培养传统中医人才;以"实用型教育"模式培养中西医兼通医学人才;以"大众化教育"模式培养医学相关人才,以适应医学模式的转变。
