摘    要:目的:分析比较望春玉兰和紫玉兰阴干花的挥发性成分。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取法提取望春玉兰和紫玉兰的挥发性成分,GC-MS法分析和鉴定其化学成分。结果:望春玉兰和紫玉兰共鉴定出72个成分,其中25个成分是两者共有的,且含量相差不大,但两者含有的化合物类型有明显的区别。结论:望春玉兰和紫玉兰挥发性成分有显著性差异。

Abstract:Objective: To analyze and compare the volatile constituents from M. biondii and M. liliflora. Method: The volatile constituents were extracted by head-space solid-phase microextraction,and analyzed by GC-MS. Result: Seventy two constituents were identified from M. biondii and M. liliflora, the content of the 25 constituents in both samples were similar, while the kinds of the constituents were obviously different. Conclusion: The volatile constituents were different between M. biondii and M. liliflora.
