| 摘 要： | 对１１７例绦虫病患者用丙硫咪唑和吡喹酮随机对照治疗。Ａ组６０例，男性２７例，女性３３例；＞１４岁４５例，＜１４岁１５例。用丙硫咪唑２０ｍｇ／千克体重（体重超过６０千克者按６０千克计算），早上７时空腹顿服，２小时后用硫酸镁导泻。Ｂ组５７例，男性２５例，女性３２例；＞１４岁３８例，＜１４岁１９例。用吡喹酮２０ｍｇ／千克（体重超过６０千克者按６０千克计算）。服药方法及时间同Ａ组。观察疗效：Ａ组有效率为５１．６％，Ｂ组７７．２％，经统计学处理表明，吡喹酮驱绦虫效果显著好于丙硫咪唑。

| Abstract: | Patients with taeniasis, randomly divided into two groups, were treated by albendazole and praziquantel respectively.The results show that effective rate of the former is 51.6% and that of the latter,77.2% It is concluded that curative effect of praziquantel is better than of albendazole. |
