| Abstract: | A simple device for converting the Cyclator, an adult ventilator,to paediatric use with an infant anaesthetic circuit has beendescribed. This improvisation works on the principle of an adjustableleak introduced in the patient's circuit as recommended by Mushin,Mapleson and Lunn (1962).
