65例闭经患者的细胞遗传学分析

观察闭经患者异常染色体形成的原因及表型的关系。方法：对65倒闭经患者进行外周血染色体研究。结果：发现异常核型对例，以45，X核型占绝大多数。其中原发性闭经49例，检出异常核型18例（占36．7％）；继发性闭经16例，检出异常核型3例（占18．8％）。结论：原发性闭经患者应常规进行染色体分析，继发性闭经也应注重对染色体的检查。

The Cytogenetics Analysis of 65 Cases with Amenorrhea

Objective: To determine the cause of abnormal chromosome forming of cases with amenorrhea and the relation-ship between abnormal chromosome and phenotype. Methods: The blood samples of 65 cases with amenorrhea were studied for their chromosome analyze . Results:21 cases with abnormal karyogram detected , 45, X was the most types. 18 of 49(36.7% ) cases with primary amenorrhea were detected abnormal karyogram ; while 3 cases had abnonrmal karyogram within 16 caseswith Secondary amenorrhea , accounting for 18. 8%. Conclusions: The case with primary amenorrhea should be taken f0r a rou-tine chromosome examination and the case with secondary amenorrhea should also pay attention to chromosome examination .
