| 摘 要： | 目的 观察肿瘤抑制因子PTEN蛋白在成年大鼠腰段脊髓和背根节中的表达和分布。 方法 免疫组织化学ABC法显示大鼠脊髓和背根神经节中PTEN阳性免疫反应产物。 结果 背根节神经元及穿越背根节神经纤维轴突有阳性免疫反应产物存在 ;PTEN阳性免疫反应产物在脊髓主要位于灰质神经元。 结论 PTEN在成年大鼠腰段脊髓和背根节神经元及神经纤维轴突中表达。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression and distribution of PTEN protein in lumbar spinal cord and DRG of adult rat. Methods Immunohistochemical stain was used to demonstrate the PTEN|like positive immunohistochemical product. Results The positive PTEN immunoreactivity presented in the neurons of lumbar spinal cord and DRG as well as the axon of nerve fibers passing through the DRG.Conclusion The present results suggested that PTEN protein expresses in the neurons of lumbar spinal cord and DRG as well as the axon of nerve fiber.;[ |
