| 摘 要： | 董治中主任医师,一生以“致中和”为最高理想境界,崇尚“和”法.认为,慢性肝病无论是湿、瘀、毒、虚,均会导致肝郁脾虚,肝郁脾虚是本阶段最主要的病理关键,根据中医“异病同治”的理论均可采用健脾疏肝法进行治疗.脾胃居于中州,为气机升降的枢纽,肝病不懂治脾,非其治也;肝体为柔,不耐戕伐.健脾疏肝法通过应用花类、叶类等疏肝解郁轻轻之品,有利于通过疏泄肝脏的气机,使肝体得复;有利于使脾胃发挥其运化之能,使升降正常气机调畅,五脏安和.
