喉良性增生性病变不同手术术式的临床应用

目的 探讨喉良性增生性病变三种不同手术术式的选择应用.方法 回顾性分析400例喉良性增生性病变患者分别选用间接喉镜、纤维喉镜、全麻内窥镜支撑喉镜下手术.结果 400例中声带小结210例,声带息肉150例,声带囊肿30例,喉乳头状瘤10例,治愈386例,治愈率96.78%,其中间接喉镜下手术治愈率60%,纤维喉镜下手术治愈率96.27%,支撑喉镜下手术治愈率97.78%.术中无声带损伤及并发症,术后嗓音均恢复良好.结论 三种术式各有利弊,在实际工作中应根据病人具体情况进行选择应用,内窥镜支撑喉镜下手术清除病变更彻底.

Clinical application of three kind different surgery method in treatment of benign vocal fold lesions.

Objective To investigate choice application the three kind of different surgery method in the theatment of benign vocal fold lesions. Methods Respectively choice indirect-laryngoscope, stringy-laryngoscope and endoscopic prop-laryngoscope in general anesthesia had been performed on 400 patients. Results In the 400 patients, 210 cases had vocal nodules, 150 cases were vocal polyps, 30 cases were vocal cord cysts and other throat mastoid nubble. With a general cure rate of 96.50%. The cure rate of indirect-laryngoscope were 60%, stringy-laryngoscope were 96.27%, endoscopic prop-laryngoscope were 97.78%. No vocal cord injury during the operation and vocal function of all cases recovered well after operation. Conclusions Each has its adrantages and disadrantages in the three kind of different surgery method. We should ipso facto choice application.
