| 摘 要： | 目的了解上消化道出血的原因、治疗药物及其预后。方法总结2008年12月到2009年3月收治的80例上消化道出血患者的治疗经验。结果75例出血停止，5例内科综合治疗无效后转外科处理。结论掌握内科治疗的适应证和范围可以降低手术风险，提高止血效果、缩短住院天数、降低死亡率，临床应根据不同的病因对症下药。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the causes, medication and prognosis of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods The experiences of diagnosis and treatment in 80 inpatients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from December 2008 to March 2009 were summarized. Results 75 cases of bleeding were ceased, 5 cases were transferred to surgical department due to failure of comprehensive medical treatment. Conclusion Mastering the indications for medical treatment and extent can reduce the risk of operation treatment, improve the therapeutic effect of hemostasis, shorten the hospitalization days and reduce the mortality. Therefore, what medicine should be used clinically depends upon the different diseases and causes. |
