| 摘 要： | 本文分析了老年心力衰竭219例的机体内环境变化,与对照组相比,随着年龄的递增,肺、肾功能有不同程度的减退,易发生高血钾(14.6％),低血钾(48.8％),高血钠(10.5％),低血钠(37.9％),低氧血症(75％)。在应激状态下机体内环境稳定性差,使临床表现复杂化,给治疗带来困难。

| Abstract: | Studies on the homeostasis change were conducted in 219 elderly patients with heart failure. Compared with other age groups, their pulmonary and renal function decreased with age, and these patients tended to develop hyperkalcmia ( 14.6% ) , hypokalemia (48.8%), hypernatremia (10.5% ), hyponatremia ( 37.9% ) and hypoxemia ( 75% ). In times of stress the poor homeostasis rendered clinical manifestations complicated to make treatment difficulty. |
