经翼点入路显微手术治疗颅内动脉瘤

目的：探讨和总结经翼点入路显微手术治疗颅内动脉瘤的技术。方法：回顾性分析了33例采用翼点入路显微外科手术治疗的颅内动脉瘤。结果：本组后交通动脉瘤26例，眼动脉瘤3例，前交通动脉瘤2例，大脑中动脉瘤1例，基底动脉瘤1例。手术后早期结果评价：好（GOS评分4-5分）29例、差（GOS评分2-3分）2例、死亡2例。结论：采用经翼点入路显微手术技术，能提高颅内动脉瘤的手术疗效。

Pterional approach for the microsurgical treatment of intracranial aneurysms

Objective To summarize the technique of pterional approach for the microsurgical treatment of intracranial aneurysms. Method A retrospective analysis of 33 aneurysmas undergoing microsurgical treatment of pterional approach. Results Twenty six internal carotid artery aneurysms arising at the origin of the posterior communicating artery, three ophthalmic atery aneurysms,two anterior communicating artery aneurysms, a middle cerebral artery aneurysm and a basilar artery aneurysm. At postoperative early stage,good outcome (GOS scores of 4 or 5)was achived in 25 patients,poor outcome (GOSscores of 2 or 3)in 2 patients and death in 2 patients. Conclusion The technique of pterional approach for the microsurgcial treatment may improvethe outcome of aneurysms.
