提高计划生育医学专业成人教育质量初探

1998年，我校受重庆市计生委的委托，在全市部分区县开展计划生育医学专业成人大专学历教育，经过几年的办学实践，我们体会到：要提高成人教育的质量，必须从三方面加强管理。一是强化管理机制，严格管理制度，加强组织管理体制，加强教学点的管理，以及不断完善规章制度。二是加强教学过程的管理，主要是提高课堂教学的效率和严格考试纪律。三是加强政治思想教育，提高学生的综合素质。通过这些有效的管理机制，保证了成人教育顺利进行，教学质量逐年提高。

Study on teaching quality of adult education of family planning medicine

In 1998, we accepted an assignment of Chongqing family planning committee. Education for adult professional training of family planning medicine was carried out in several counties by our department. Through practice of running a school, we have recognized that the following aspects are guarantee of raising adult education quality. First, administrative steps must be perfected. Second, teaching administration must be enhanced, especially administration of classroom teaching and examination discipline. Third, education of politics and idiology should be strengthened, especially in increasing multiple qualities of students.
