先兆流产患者保胎治疗过程中血清HCG、PROG、E2和CA125的动态监测

目的研究先兆流产患者保胎治疗过程中血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）、孕酮（PROG）、雌二醇（E2）和糖链多肽抗原125（CA125）的变化情况,探讨其动态监测在疗效预测及预后判断中的临床价值。方法选取2011年6月至2012年5月于四川省绵阳市中心医院就诊的先兆流产患者61例及正常妊娠23例,以黄体酮/绒毛膜促性腺激素肌肉注射为保胎治疗,动态监测其保胎治疗过程中体内HCG、PROG、E2和CA125水平,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果治疗前先兆流产患者HCG、PROG、E2和CA125水平分别为（6542.4±3769.5）mIU/ml、（19.1±6.7）ng/ml、（484.6±318.2）pg/ml和（36.8±19.3）U/ml,与正常妊娠比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;保胎治疗后以不同妊娠结局分组,继续妊娠组（n=48）同难免流产组（n=13）两组相同时间点的监测结果比较,HCG、E2和CA125水平在治疗后第3天即出现显著变化,差异有统计学意义,PROG在第6天出现差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论治疗过程中动态监测先兆流产患者血清HCG、PROG、E2和CA125的变化情况,有助于疾病诊断、疗效预测及预后判断。

Dynamically monitor of serum HCG, PROG, E_2 and CA125 in patients with threatened abortion

Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of serum human chorionic gonadotrophin（HCG）,progesterone,（PROG）,estradiol（E2） and CA125 in patients with threatened abortion, and to evaluate their prognostic values. Methods 23 healthy adults and 61 patients with threatened abortion were examined in this study.The levels of serum HCG,PROG,E2 and CA125 were determined. Results Before the treatment, the concentration of HCG, PROG, E2 and CA125 in the threatened abortion group was （6 542.4±3 769.5） mIU/ml, （19.1±6.7）ng/ml, （484.6±318.2）pg/ml and （36.8±19.3）U/ml, respectively. The levels of HCG, PROG, E2 and CA125 in threatened abortion group were significantly different from the control group（P0.05）. During the treatment,the levels of HCG,PROG,E2 and CA125 significantly different from the perstetur pregnancy group. Conclusion Serum HCG, PROG, E2 and CA125 were useful in the monitoring of patients with threatened abortion.
