孕激素诱导的封闭因子在先兆流产患者血清中的表达

目的通过检测先兆流产患者血清中孕酮及孕激素诱导的封闭因子（PIBF）的表达水平,探讨PIBF与先兆流产的关系及临床意义。方法先兆流产患者72例为观察组,同期健康早孕妇女40例为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附方法（ELISA）检测血清中孕酮及PIBF水平并进行对比分析。结果两组孕妇的年龄、妊娠时间和血清孕酮水平比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组PIBF水平为（103.91±25.12）ng/ml,明显低于对照组的（117.62±24.33）ng/ml,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组血清孕酮水平与PIBF之间不存在相关关系（P〉0.05）,对照组血清孕酮水平与PIBF之间存在相关关系（P〈0.05）。结论 PIBF表达降低与自然流产的发生有关系,妊娠早期血清PIBF水平降低是引起自然流产的原因之一。

Expression of progesterone-induced blocking factor in serum of patients with spontaneous abortion

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of progesterone and progesterone-induced blocking factor（PIBF） in serum of patients with spontaneous abortion. Method The concentrations of serum progesterone and PIBF in 72 spontaneous abortion patients （the treatment group） and 40 healthy pregnant women （the control group） were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results The age of pregnant women, pregnant time and the concentration of serum progesterone showed no difference in the two groups patients（P0.05）. The concentration of serum PIBF in the spontaneous abortion patients was significantly less than the control group（P0.05）. Unlike the control group,no linear correlation was found between the serum progesterone levels and PIBF expressions in the treatment groups（P0.05）. Conclusions The decrease of serum PIBF expression is related to spontaneous abortion. The reduced in the level of PIBF is one of the important causes of spontaneous abortion during early gestation.
