标准去大骨瓣+硬脑膜网格成形术治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床研究

目的通过治疗重型颅脑损伤的两种手术方法的对比,探寻一种更加个体化,更行之有效的救治方法。方法对不同时期采取的两种手术方法进行回顾性分析比较。结果标准去大骨瓣+硬脑膜网格成形术在治疗急性硬膜下血肿和急性硬膜下血肿合并轻度脑挫裂伤病人及术中预防急性脑膨出,术后预防脑切口疝方面有优势,更具个体化。结论标准去大骨瓣+硬脑膜网格成形术值得临床进一步推广。

Standard decompressive craniotomy and the dura mesh technique for the treatment of the severe head injury

Objective To investigate the effective treatment of severe traumatic injury by the comparison of two methods.Methods Decompression craniotomy and the dura mesh technique for the treatment of traumatic brain injury were compared and analyzed.Results Decompressive craniotomy combined with dura mesh technique were effective in the treatment of acute subdural hematoma,acute subdural hematoma combined with mild cerebral contusion and laceration,the prevention of intra-operative encephalocele and post-operative incisional hernia.Conclusion Standard decompressive craniotomy combined with dura mesh technique should be further popularized in clinical practices.
