| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察沐舒坦 (盐酸氨溴索注射液 )辅佐治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法 :将 14 0例患儿随机分为两组 ,实验组 70例给予沐舒坦静脉点滴 ,观察治疗效果及不良反应。结果 :两组用药前后对照比较 ,治疗组总有效率 85 .7% (P<0 .0 1) ,与对照组比较差异有显著性。结论 :沐舒坦辅佐治疗小儿支气管肺炎 ,可明显改善小儿肺炎呼吸道症状 ,同时可使住院病程缩短 ,且副作用小 ,值得在临床中应用。

| Abstract: | Purpose To observe the assistant treatment effect of M.S.T. to Children Bronchitis. Methods 140 children were divided into 2 groups randomly. In the control group, 70 cases were given M.S.T. intravenous transfusion, and the curative effect and side-effect were observed. Results The curative effect rate of control group were 85.7 %, which were higher significantly than which in the compared group (P<0.01 ). Conclusion M.S.T. can improve the respiratory tract symptoms, shorten the course of diseases with less side-effect, by its assistant treatment effect to children bronchitis, and worth to widely application in pediatric clinic practice. |
