元江县2013年居民死因及减寿情况分析

目的]了解元江县居民的主要死亡原因及由死亡造成的寿命损失情况,为科学的制定卫生政策及预防干预措施提供依据。方法]对元江县2013年上报的户籍死亡个案使用Excel 2003、死因监测数据清洗与分析软件进行数据整理和统计分析。结果]元江县2013年死亡个案1287例,死亡率625.17/10万,标化死亡率599.80/10万;三大类死因构成依次为慢性病、伤害、感染性母婴及营养缺乏性疾病;前5位死因构成分别为循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、肿瘤、伤害、消化系统疾病;PYLL前五位依次为伤害、恶性肿瘤、脑血管疾病、心脏病、呼吸系统疾病;全人群平均期望寿命为75.72岁;去除呼吸系统疾病、心脏病、脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、伤害的影响,元江县居民期望寿命将分别增加4.38、3.26、3.17、1.74和1.49岁。结论]元江县2013年全人群死亡率为625.17/10万,平均期望寿命为75.72岁;构成居民死亡及减寿的主要疾病是呼吸系统疾病、脑血管疾病、心脏病、恶性肿瘤为主的慢性病;伤害是造成我县居民"早死"的主要原因;预防和控制慢性病,减少伤害死亡是今后疾病预防控制工作的重要内容。

Analysis on death cause and life lost in Yuangjiang county in 2013

Objective To understand the situation of main causes of death and the life lost in Yuanjiang county so as to provide the scientific basis for making health policy and prevention interventions methods. Methods Reduced and statistical analyzed census register death cases in 2013 by analysis software system, Excel 2003 and death cause monitoring data cleaning. Results There were 1287 death cases in 2013in Yuanjiang county, the mortality rate was 625.17/105, the standardized mortality rate is 599.80/105. Three main death cause were chronic diseases, injury, infectious maternal and child and nutritional deficiencies disease. And the first five death causes were as follows： circulatory system diseases, respiratory diseases, tumor, injury and digestive system diseases. According to PYLL, the first five death causes were injury, cancer, cerebrovascular diseases, heart diseases and respiratory system diseases. The average life expectancy of Yuanjiang population was 75.72 years. The life expectancy of Yuanjiang population will be added 4.38, 3.26, 3.17, 1.74 and 1.49 years If eliminating the influence of respiratory diseases, heart diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, cancer and injury. Conclusions The mortality rate of Yuanjiang population was 625.17/105 in 2013, and the average life expectancy was 75.72 years. Main disease which caused death and life lost were respiratory system diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, heart diseases and cancer. Injury was the main reason of earlier death of the residents in Yuanjiang county. The key diseases prevention and control working contents are that prevent and control chronic diseases, reduce injury death.
